AKZAM Group · Lusaka · Since 2017
AKZAM Group runs music, events, talent management and consulting. What these businesses earn helps fund AKZAM Community, our work with young people across Zambia.
Four parts of AKZAM are running right now. Community comes first, because it is the reason the rest exists.
Our non-profit arm and the heart of AKZAM. Since 2020 we have run more than 30 programmes, including Youth Talks, book giveaways, football tournaments for children and donation drives.
Original music since 2023, and events that put Zambian talent on stage, from the AKZAM Awards in Lusaka to Independence Day in Moscow.

Our talentTechnical reports, environmental documentation, business proposals, company profiles, research and project coordination.
Consulting servicesIn their words
AKZAM exists for the young people, families and creatives we work with. Here is what it has meant to people who are, or have been, part of it.
AKZAM has felt like home. It is a chance to let the world see just how great Zambia can be, to share our stories and identity, and to be a voice for many.
AKZAM touches a lot of lives out there, and that makes me keep doing my best in working with communities.
AKZAM is an organisation that promotes and celebrates all Zambian talents and creatives.
How AKZAM works
We run AKZAM as a business so that we can keep giving back. Every part of the group supports the community work.
